Isla has created the “Mediterranean Kombucha” that replaces the traditional tea used to make Kombucha by olive leaves.
To achieve it, they use the leaves resulting from the pruning of their own Organic olive trees plantations in Mallorca and transform “waste” into a resource and achieve a novel, different and local Kombucha with all the nootropic and adaptogenic properties of Olive leaves.
